This guide has been created for system administrators.
Overview:
When your system is initially created we can upload a copy of your Company/Organisation logo. The logo will be visible in the top left of the application screens.
In the event that your logo changes, this guide provides the steps required to supply a new logo to our support team.
Guidance:
Please see below the requirements for the logo file that you supply to us.
File type: .png (preferably with transparent background)
Max width: 500 pixels
Max height: 50 pixels
n.b. when cropping the logo image, please crop close to the edge of the logo.
When you have the logo file ready, please raise a support ticket by clicking here (adding the logo image as an attachment).
