This guide explains how to configure and apply global rota patterns to standardise working schedules across your organisation.
How Global Rota Patterns Work
Rota patterns let you define standard working schedules (e.g., shift patterns) that automatically apply to all users. This ensures consistency in working days and absence tracking.
How to Set Up Global Rota Patterns
- Navigate to: Admin > Global > Calendar
- Click Apply rota (top-right button)
- To replace an existing rota:
- Click the bin icon.
- Confirm by clicking Confirm
- To replace an existing rota:
- Select your new rota pattern
- Click the blue Apply button
- Choose a start date (Required: Monday)
- Click Confirm
- Finalise by clicking the Blue Save all changes button
