Insights is a brand-new part of the e-days service. It provides functionality to enable HR managers to gain quick bursts of knowledge about absence amongst their workforce, via the use of dashboards and widgets
It is a visual reporting tool, with a focus on KPI inspired metrics rather than raw data: these metrics can be configured to show the whole company, or broken down into company units.
Where appropriate, metrics can also be focused on time periods and or absence types. Simple to use and accessible to all regardless of (dis)ability, it is a highly valuable tool that can offer a great deal of clarity to an HR manager during their busy working day.
