User level - Rota refresh

This guide is for System Administrators (Requires 'System Admin' role and 'Users' permission).
Overview:
This guide explains how to refresh a user's rota pattern when updates are needed due to incorrect extensions, global changes or general data issues with a users calendar.

How Rota Refresh Works:
Resetting and reapplying a rota pattern ensures users have correct working patterns and updates any affected absence records.

How to Refresh a User's Rota:

  1. Navigate to Admin Tools > Users > User Overview
  2. Search for the user and click the blue Edit button
  3. Select the Calendar tab
  4. Click Revert to inherited rota then select Revert all
  5. Click Save all changes to confirm reset
  6. Click Apply rota
  7. Locate and select the correct rota pattern from the Select drop-down
  8. Set the effective date via Active from
  9. Click Apply (option will appear once the rota and date has been applied)
  10. Click Save all changes to finalise
