Overview:
This guide explains how to refresh a user's rota pattern when updates are needed due to incorrect extensions, global changes or general data issues with a users calendar.
How Rota Refresh Works:
Resetting and reapplying a rota pattern ensures users have correct working patterns and updates any affected absence records.
How to Refresh a User's Rota:
- Navigate to Admin Tools > Users > User Overview
- Search for the user and click the blue Edit button
- Select the Calendar tab
- Click Revert to inherited rota then select Revert all
- Click Save all changes to confirm reset
- Click Apply rota
- Locate and select the correct rota pattern from the Select drop-down
- Set the effective date via Active from
- Click Apply (option will appear once the rota and date has been applied)
- Click Save all changes to finalise
