Overview
This guide explains how to apply a rota (working pattern) to a User Template, ensuring all users assigned to the template follow the same schedule.
How Template Rotas Work
Rotas define working patterns (e.g., shifts, hours) for groups of users. Applying a rota at the Template level automatically syncs the pattern to all users assigned to that template, streamlining scheduling for teams, locations, or countries.
How to Set Up a Template Rota
- Navigate to Admin Tools > Admin Panel.
- Go to Templates > User Templates.
- Locate the template you want to edit and click the blue Edit button.
- Select the Rota tab.
- Click Apply Rota.
- Choose the desired rota from the list and set the rota’s start date on.
- Apply the pattern by clicking the blue Apply button.
