To create a record-specific authorisation chain for an individual user, please follow the steps below:
- Navigate to Admin tools > Admin panel > Users > Users
- Search for the user and click Edit
- Scroll to the Authorisers section
- Click Add record-specific chain
- Select the Authorisation template (Single step, dual step, no authorisation)
- Select the record type for the chain to affect, and whether you want this for booking and/or cancellation
- Select the authoriser/s
- Click Save record
